Are you a passionate Brand Manager, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Brand Manager to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Sales team.

Recent brand acquisitions has created positions in the Brand team for additional Brand Management roles.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the branded division and drive brand performance in key market channels both in the UK and in overseas markets.
Plan, develop and direct both NPD and Marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the business brands.

Key focus on developing brands profit and loss performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.
This role will be pivotal to the growth and development of the company's brands across a wide and diverse product range into varying distribution channels and markets in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Brand Manager:

- **
- Continually plan, develop and improve brand strategy.
- Monitor and improve company's delivery of brand strategy.
- Lead commercial development of the brand.
- Development and execution of marketing communications and activities.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of ideas for brand development to improve in market competitiveness. Ideas based on insight about the external environment (consumer, customer or competitor).
- Ensure product development complies with legal, regulatory and other standards as directed by the company.
- Constant scanning of external environment to identify issues and opportunities. This should cover consumer, customer and competitor. Investigate alternate scenarios and present choices to the business.
- Understand consumer needs within sector and how the brand is performing vs. other brands. Understand target audience and segment market to target certain consumers to achieve profitable growth.
- Communication of strategy to rest of organisation.

**This is a full time permanent Brand Manager position,
Monday to Friday office hours.
Up to £55,000 salary, bonus and benefits.**
