**The Vacancy**: Senior Healthcare Interim Management Recruitment Consultant
**The Job Responsibilities**
**Our job responsibilities are simple. We don't over complicate things. Bring on relationships. Solve client recruitment challenges. Become a better version of yourself constantly.**
The Interim Management desk looks after the contract requirements from most Acute (or hospital care provider) organisations. The desk can yield over £400k worth of billing opportunity and is fast paced, looking after a variety of important operational roles.
- Leverage relationships to gain meetings to discuss recruitment and project requirements, and targeted on both virtual and face to face meetings to help generate business
- Utilise a lead generation and cross sell methodology to open business opportunities for the wider team
- Exceed your billing revenue target associated to your salary level by using your own networks and our community / resourcing team to fill client vacancies
- Become an expert in recruitment solutions including permanent, contract and solution sales through our L&D partner as part of our package for self growth
**What we're looking for**
- 2+ years experience in Recruitment, Health markets are preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Engaging people skills, energy and drive to achieve and a good person
- Self motivated and intelligent, ability to build relationships
- A networker, brand ambassador for connecting with the industry's finest to develop relationships
- Enthusiast for technology and social media
- A team player, good values and hard work ethic
