Senior Beauty Buyer

**My client are a very well established online retailer looking for a Senior Beauty Buyer to join their successful team. Excellent benefits available including hybrid working**

**Daily duties include**:

- Planning, sourcing and developing a commercial success range of products
- Bringing innovation into the category by staying close to the external market, industry and competitors
- Researching product landscape to keep current with industry trends and pricing dynamics in the consumer product goods space
- Putting together strong marketing plans to support the strategy and promotional activity
- Leading change to support the department in key processes that deliver improved sales performance, increased profits and support the ongoing strategy
- Become a beauty category experience, continuously developing knowledge of products

**Experience needed**:

- 6 years plus experience in beauty buying with evidence of successful negotiation in the competitive market
- Attention to detail with a proven track record of delivery results
- Completing regular competitor shops and market research
- Excellent communication skills

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
