**Business:
**The Position**
Applications are invited for a SHEP Operative at our SecAnim Ltd, Widnes site. This is a full time, permanent position, working 12 hour shifts, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights).
As a SHEP Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:
- To ensure that all relevant Health and Safety Regulations are followed at all times.
- Control and operate basic plant and equipment as efficiently and safely as possible to defined quality specification.
- Report and investigate deviations from normal operating conditions and be able to deal with basic production.
- Complete any necessary paperwork.
**The Person**
- Must be able to prioritise the workload.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work carefully and methodically, and have the ability to concentrate for long periods during repetitive work.
- Be flexible with working hours.
- Be able to self-motivate and work well in a team.
- Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous although training will be provided where necessary.
