Warrington Pathways to Recovery has been delivering comprehensive substance misuse treatment since 2007 across both the community of Warrington and its two local prisons, and is rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

**Responsibilities**:
The community team are based in our busy Bold Street premises in central Warrington, and we are currently looking to appoint to the post of Team Leader for the Alcohol Team.

Our Alcohol Team is distinct and focuses solely on the treatment of alcohol misuse. Providing assessment into treatment, extended brief interventions, case coordination, access to ambulatory, home and residential detox and long stay rehab.

This is a significant leadership role within the service, demand for alcohol treatment is high and we are looking for someone with real dynamism and a solution focused approach who is going to support and motivate the team and the wider service to develop and enhance our delivery, as we look forward to post-COVID working in a changed landscape, sharing our ambition and drive to improve the health of the Warrington’s citizens, and reduce the inequalities that addiction can emanate from and feed into.

You will be an integral member of the service leadership team, and you will be expected to contribute to the life of the service by upholding the good governance and quality of our operations and moreover the authentic service user focus of our delivery.

You will be expected to be a good communicator, transparent, and candid in your relationships with your colleague’s, services users, and our wider stakeholders from across the Warrington partnership.
