Part-time Payroll Administrator

We are a small, friendly accountancy firm located in the heart of our community with an office based in the beautiful countryside in Bishop’s Sutton near New Alresford. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team.
**Job Overview**:
This is an office based Part-Time Payroll Administrator role, you will be responsible for managing and processing our clients payrolls accurately and efficiently. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining up-to-date payroll records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for all Clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll processing systems and records.
- Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
- Handle payroll queries from clients.
- Process RTI reports and Pension submissions.
- Process year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Sage payroll software useful.
- Excellent understanding of UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
