**The Company**
Axon Moore are working with a rapidly growing fashion brand. The company has grown in sales over the last few years and has a very strong and well-engaged global community. This company is looking for a refunds and Cash Reconciliation Clerk to join their rapidlyexpanding HQ. As a Refunds and Cash Reconciliation Clerk joining the team, you will play a key role in supporting the internal team in answering any receipts/refunds queries; ensuring that bank accounts are captured and reconciled in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Processing of refunds to meet Service level Agreements.
- Resolve queries received from internal teams and external contacts in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with general admin tasks which help to resolve chargebacks.
- Make recommendations as required to develop refund processes.
- Collecting data from payment provider portals.
- Reconciling sales/refunds against cash received
- Posting journals to the accounting software.
- Investigating historic deferred income balances.
- Undertake any other admin tasks as reasonably required.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a demanding workload at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Open, honest and adaptable to changing situations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload
- Good level of skill and expertise in use of Microsoft office
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Be a team player and willing to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the finance team
- Take pride in work performed
- Knowledge of Xero/NetSuite and Shopify is desirable
