We are looking for a team player to join our friendly independent practice
This role has been created due to the practice expanding at an expediential rate.
It is an essential role and we are looking for a proactive person to assist at the busier hours in the Practice.
**Responsibilities**:
- Must have a good telephone manner and keep accurate notes of discussions or correspondence with clients.
- Provide warm and approachable customer service at every point in the client journey.
- Maintain client confidentially at all times and ensuring conversations are professional when clients are present.
- Deep cleaning consult rooms and reception space, ensuring at all times it is presentable and clean, this will involve moving items to scrub and tidying the vets’ desks etc.
- General support of front desk and others in the practice.
- Assist with putting orders away and on the shelves.
Administration:
- Liaise with the vets to ensure clients are constantly in the loop.
- Experience in a client care environment is preferable.
- Experience in a veterinary practice is essential.
- Experience handling and processing payments.
Skills and Abilities:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Keeping confidentiality.
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Multi-tasking skills including ability to prioritise.
- Approachable with the ability to show empathy where required.
- Able to work under pressure.
- A team player.
Shifts: Monday 8am-2pm, Tuesday and Thursday 1:30pm - 7:30pm. Friday alternating. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
