Are you friendly and passionate about making a difference in your community? Julia’s House - the Dorset and Wiltshire Children’s Hospice - is on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers in the **Weymouth** area to help us raise vital funds and awareness.

This is a **rewarding and flexible volunteer role** where you’ll play a hands-on part in helping us support seriously ill children and their families. You’ll be out and about in your local area, placing and collecting collection cans, chatting to local business owners, and proudly representing Julia’s House.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Finding new homes for our collection cans in local shops, pubs, cafés, and businesses
- Keeping track of where cans are placed and when they need collecting
- Swapping full cans for empty ones and arranging their return to our head office
- Spreading the word about Julia’s House and the amazing work we do
- Being a friendly face of the charity in your community

You don’t need any previous experience - just a big heart and a bit of time to spare. We’ll teach you everything you need to know

**Ideal volunteers will be**:

- Friendly and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Over 18 years old
- Good local knowledge with the ability to network and identify opportunities for potential collections in your local area
