**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while dealing with calls appropriately.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilise Workshop Manager for various administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments.
- Taking and processing payments.
- Maintain an organised workspace and carry out light cleaning duties, ensuring that the reception and office areas are clean, tidy and presentable.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Workshop Manager is preferred, however, training will be given.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent clerical skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to type at a proficient speed while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
