We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team at our Head Office based in Poole.

This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of £26,000.00.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We specialize in providing high-quality cars, LCVs, and specialist vehicles across the UK. Our dedicated team takes pride in delivering outstanding service to both business customers and private hirers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the HR Manager & Department Heads to determine hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.
- Communicate with unsuccessful applicants at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with current recruiting methods and participate in job fairs and career events.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Track and analyse hiring metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Ensure compliance with HR and recruiting processes and legislation.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites.
- Experience with job sites such as Monster and Indeed.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skills (minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptability to change and ambiguity.
- Results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and legislation.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
