Radiology Co-Ordinator

Applications are invited for an enthusiastic and reliable person who is patient and customer focused, to join our expanding Radiology Department as a Radiology Co-Ordinator at Salford Care Organisation.

This post is a 6 month full time (37.5hours) fixed term contract. Secondments will be considered

- NVQ 2 Clerical Qualification or Equivalent experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience of working in a customer care environment
- Good knowledge of computer systems and ability to transfer information accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- A good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to deal effectively with confrontational/challenging situations

**Desirable criteria**:

- Knowledge of CRIS, PAS and EPR
- Experience of working with the public preferably working in a hospital environment
