Receptionist

**About The Role**:
We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Rosebank practice based in Chorleywood.

**The main duties will include**:

- Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
- Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
- Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
- Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines

**Hours**:
Monday, Thursday, Friday - 08:30 - 17:45 & Saturday - 08:30 - 17:30

**About You**:
Ideally you will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
