As a Sony Retail Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting store operations. Your role will involve assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Customer Service**: - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store. - Provide knowledgeable assistance and information about Sony products, including electronics, gaming, entertainment, and accessories. - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner. - **Sales**: - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. - Promote and upsell Sony products and services to meet sales targets. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system. - **Product Knowledge**: - Stay up-to-date with the latest Sony products, features, and technology. - Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance your knowledge and skills. - Share product knowledge and insights with customers and team members. - **Store Operations**: - Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards. - Help with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
