**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Joinery**: Carry out basic carpentry tasks such as fitting doors, skirting boards, and other woodwork repairs or installations.
- **Plumbing**: Perform basic plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, installing bathroom fixtures, and unblocking drains.
- **Tiling**: Lay and repair floor and wall tiles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in alignment and finish.
- **General Maintenance**: Handle a variety of other maintenance tasks as required, including minor electrical repairs, gutter cleaning, and general property upkeep.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handyperson or in similar roles with a focus on painting, joinery, plumbing, tiling, and plastering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Valid UK driving licence is required.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Flexibility to work across different locations in and around Glasgow.
- Own tools and equipment are advantageous but not mandatory.
