We are currently looking for a Finance and General Admin Assistant to join us and deliver a first-class service.

**The Role**
As an essential part of the team, your main responsibility is to work across multiple departments to provide an efficient, business administration support service to the Haverfordwest team.
As a Finance and General Admin Assistant, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- To reconcile bulk liquid intake
- To work across multiple departments providing administrative support as required by the department manager
- To support the automation of all manual administration processes within your remit, with a vision to be a paperless operation
- To manage the storage of all archive documentation.
- To provide administration support on the site document control management system with a vision to move this process into our company ERP system
- To process purchase orders and drive ‘right first time’ invoice processing
- To manage the onsite petty cash process
- To manage visitors
- To provide administrative support to staff welfare, including managing the new employee process, staff vending machines and staff communications
**About You**
To join us as a Finance and General Admin Assistant, you will need:
- To have a strong background in administration and/or finance administration where you can demonstrate a clear contribution to driving positive change in the workplace
- Demonstrable experience of working in a group ERP system (experience working knowledge of IFS desirable, but full training will be given)
- Demonstrable experience of working on purchase order processes with emphasis on ‘right first time’ practices
- To be able to work in a proactive manner and display a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to multi-task, understand priorities and meet deadlines
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to identify opportunities to enhance and improve all existing functions within your remit

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional numerical skills
- A high degree of working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
