**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a new and innovative customer services team working out of our brand new hub in Burnley in the North West of England.

You will be one of two Team Leaders for a new team that has been set up to support our customers during 0 - 60 days of their UW journey. This is a truly exciting time to join such a fantastic team and be involved in shaping how it will look moving forward.

You will be responsible for driving performance through engagement, motivation and ensuring a sense of belonging for every member of the team. It’s all about creating the right employee experience to deliver the right customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving operational KPIs
- Team engagement, performance and length of service
- Setting expectations
- Two way communication - represent your team to the company and the company to your team
- Be organised so your team know what they're doing and when
- Driving a culture
- Departmental relationships
- Be an advocate for change
