Application Support Associate

**The Opportunity**:
ACA Technology’s Application Support Associate will be responsible for assisting the support services team with day-to-day technology support and team duties with respect to a variety of ACA Technology platforms.

**What you’ll do**:

- Re-create, analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose incidents.
- Determine root cause of incidents (configuration, defect, misuse).
- Liaise with other developers and product owners on corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents.
- Respond to direct and indirect inquiries based on client service level agreements.
Helping resolve customer service issues, answering questions, and directly clients to the appropriate technical support resources.
- Liaising with the development team on any technical problems or issues that clients may experience.
- Gathering feedback from customers and working with our customer experience team to improve our products.

**To qualify for the role you must have**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Organizational, project management, and strategic planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, Answering support requests through Managing Ticket queue (Zendesk a plus).
- Financial Services industry experience a plus.
- Strong verbal/written communication, data presentation skills, and public speaking, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups.
- Self-starter: Proven ability to prioritize with good time management skills and manage multiple tasks and assignments with mínimal supervision.

**Skills and attributes for success**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with AWS services like: S3, CloudWatch, and Amazon Glacier is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
