We’re a construction company specialising in the conversion and refurbishments of houses into HMOs.
We’ve recently taken on a number of projects in Middlesbrough and we’re looking for experienced **PLUMBERS** to start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
The projects are mainly in the TS1, TS3, TS4 and TS5 areas and are all conversions of standard residential terraced houses into 4 or 5-bedroom HMOs - the job will involve moving between multiple projects at various stages of the process.
You must be time-served OR have relevant proven experience - ideally in refurbishment projects or on sites with multiple trades - and if you’ve worked on HMOs before, all the better. You’ll be responsible for first and second fix plumbing in our properties - each with en-suite and communal bathrooms and new kitchen installs.
This is a long term contract - we work Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, with 30 mins for lunch - rate of pay is £150 a day.
We need someone who is happy to work within an existing team, but who’s just as comfortable working alone; flexibility, reliability and punctuality are key to us - we need hardworking and professional individuals able to adapt to each project.
We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible so interviews will be at short notice at one of our current projects.
**Experience, transport and own tools are essential.**

**Salary**: £150.00 per day
