Baylham Care Centre is a residential Care Home located in the beautiful Suffolk countryside between Ipswich and Bury and close to Stowmarket. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a Resident Liaison and Front of House Coordinator. This vital role means that you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

**Responsibilities**
- To manage all front office operations and related activities and ensuring that a welcoming environment is present in the home 365 days a year.
- To identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and improve business performance for the care home.
- Manage contracts to ensure that they meet resident / family member satisfaction and also ensuring that they meet the needs of the business.
- To work alongside the Registered Manager and other key personnel in the business to implement systems, processes and procedures that improve business performance.
- To collate monthly reports for presentation to the Registered Manager and other relevant personnel on matters relevant to the variables of business performance.
- To develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the care home's reputation and attract new residents.
- To ensure that all administrative tasks are actioned in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role is preferred.
- Knowledge of contracts
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Be able to pick up tasks quickly.
- Able to always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Approachable, have a proactive attitude, able to work flexibly and with a keen eye for detail.
- A forward-thinking approach and a commercial mind set.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- Fantastic people & organisational skills.
- Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
