As our industry continues to grow, so do we We are now looking for an International Tax Specialist to help us ensure compliance while navigating through different tax regulations.

**What will you do?**

As our new International Tax Specialist, you will manage global tax matters, ensure compliance with diverse regulations, mitigate risks associated with international operations, and stay informed of regulatory changes.

**Your main tasks include**:
**Global Tax Risk Management**: Ability to evaluate, identify, and track global tax risks associated with vessel operations

**Transfer Pricing Expertise**: Proficient in analyzing intercompany transfer pricing and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions

**Project and Stakeholder management**: Capable of managing coordination and project tracking with third-party advisors

**Tax Compliance**: Experience in coordinating global income tax submissions and managing indirect tax cycles

**Financial Reporting**: Competence in calculating and summarizing tax provisions for quarterly and annual reports

**SOX Compliance**: Knowledgeable in preparing and maintaining internal SOX tax controls.

**Regulatory Monitoring**: Strong awareness of global tax regulatory changes and their impact on the business

We are looking for a self-starter profile with excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for technical documentation.

We think you will be a good match if you:

- Minimum of 3 years in an international finance or tax environment
- Higher tax or accounting qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Exposure to international tax systems, particularly in the UK, EU, and Asia
- Experience in coordinating and liaising with internal and external support
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and third parties
