A new and desirable opportunity has arisen to work in-house with this project management company that occupies an unusual place in the leasehold enfranchisement sector.
Our client is a specialist in the LRHUDA 1993, helping leaseholders take control of what can often be a daunting process: lease extensions and collective enfranchisement claims.
This role is a departure from the traditional law firm - you’ll be based in the comfort of your own home. They do not work on 6-minute billing and concentrate instead on working collaboratively as a team to deliver excellent customer service for each clientand case.
Your role from the outset will focus on developing the small existing legal team and working closely with the valuation and project management elements of the business.
**Initially, your legal duties will include the following non-reserved legal activities**:

- Reviewing leasehold and freehold titles in preparation for notice serving
- Drafting section 13 and section 42 notices, to initiate the claim
- Preparing participation agreements
- Overseeing the partner law firms who currently complete the regulated activities

You will work with the Managing Director to establish the new practice, including helping to consider, design and implement the procedures to satisfy the regulatory and PII requirements and complete the new area of work.
The firm has a presence in London and regularly congregates there, but you can be based anywhere in England or Wales.
