Ceris Newyddnursing home is a long established care home located in Bangor. Our home supports up to 75 residents to live their retirement years in a safe, homely environment. As Night Care Assistant you will provide person centred care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, promote a relaxed social environment, whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.
**Where you’ll work**: As Care Assistant you’ll work along us in our continued efforts to make life better for our residents. You’ll receive training to competently fulfil your role as Care Assistant to support our residents to fulfil their retirement years in a simulating and homely environment here at Ceris Newydd nursing home.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
- Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
- Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
- Completing daily records using our care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
