Hotel Receptionist

As** Hotel Receptionist**, you will need to be friendly, sales-driven and confident. You will take pride in your work and will ensure that each of our guests has the best experience possible.
This position will be based at The Clifton Hotel primarily - though the successful applicant will get experience in all our hotels on occasion

**Key information for the Hotel Receptionist job**:
**Hours**: Part time, 24 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work (you will have between 1.5 and 2 weekends in 3 off)
**Shift times**: 3 shifts per week, comprising a combination of early shifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm)
**Salary**: £10.65 per hour - a total package of £13,292.31 per annum plus uncapped bonuses for this 24 hour per week position.
**Overtime**: Agreed overtime is paid at a rate of £12.00 per hour. Non-agreed overtime is not paid, but may be taken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager.

Youll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need
**What youll be doing as Hotel Receptionist**:
Reporting to the Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be involved in:
- Delivering excellent customer service for our guests no day is the same
- Making room sales and meeting sales targets
- Checking guests in and out taking payments and processing correctly
- Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible
- Admin duties
