Salary up to £32,000 OTE

Working for a large Estate Agent this role involves speaking to vendors and buyers and, liaising with solicitors to ensure a smooth process along with the highest level of service when buying/selling a home right from instruction through to exchange and completion.

Duties of a Sales Progressor
- Proactively progress sales once offer has been agreed through to completion
- Working with various branches in progressing sales
- Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
- Liaise with Mortgage provider/solicitor to achieve target exchange date
- Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with mínimal supervision
- Work to meet set target.

A Sales Progressor is a self-starter and has lots of self-motivation. They will be someone who is hungry to succeed. Their success will be through a determination and commitment to win business. They will have a passion for excellent customer service.

A successful Sales Progressor will have full awareness of current legislation in this environment. They are proactive in progressing business and have a clear vision and direction.

They will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport and maintain long term business relationships.

Experience and/or Qualifications required:
Minimum 1 Years experience in Estate Agency

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
