**Building Surveyor**
**Portsmouth**
**£35,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance**

Construo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a well-established and expanding property consultancy in Bristol. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality property assessments and expert advice to clients across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.
- Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations.
- Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI.
- Proven experience in residential property surveys.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.
