Harmony Homecare Suffolk provide care and support for individuals over the age of 18 within their own homes.
You will have;
- Experience in a similar role with a keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT Skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and manage your time accordingly
- Working within a team environment and achieving team targets
- Full Driving License

Recruitment Officer Job Duties:

- Liaise with Registered Manager to manage vacancies across the organisation
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and postings adverts on our online platforms
- Browsing social networking sites for suitable job profiles with the required skills
- Arrange and attend recruitment fairs and other events to enable the company to become the “employer of choice” for those seeking roles in the care industry
- Prepare offer letters, contract terms and conditions in consultation with HR
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes in consultation with HR.
- Arranging inductions for new staff
- Overseeing immediate management of mandatory training
- Preparing and submitting reports with employee data to make sure that all staff members meet requirements of employment and training

Other Duties will include:

- Working as part of the team and covering care calls and sickness where required
- Holding the on-call phone on a weekly rota basis
- Taking part in personal care calls when the needs of the business requires you. (covering unallocated call, covering holiday or sickness.)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
