**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Nursery Admin.

This role is perfect if you are looking for something where no two days are the same. You will meet a diverse range of people including, nursery professionals, contractors etc. If you want the opportunity to support with organising events, speaking with contractors etc, to become an expert with finances, and to learn how a nursery operates behind the scenes then this position is the perfect stepping stone for your development.

**Duties**:

- Assistance with fee’s, funding and finance.
- issuing Invoices to parents/ customers
- Supporting nursery managers with smooth operation of the nurseries
- Overseeing the general office environment - maintaining and supplying resources when required.
- Working with contractors to complete health and safety checks - (fire testing, alarms, boiler services, pest control and waste collection etc).
- Process staff holiday requests
- Process new staff starters and leavers
- Process new child starters and leavers

**Requirements**:

- Type of skills: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask
- You are passionate about customer service and enjoy meeting new people.
- You are proactive, like solving problems and improving processes.
- You are efficient and organised.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are friendly, positive and approachable.
- Ability to travel to other sites
- Ability to work flexibly outside normal hours if necessary

Please note that this position is an apprenticeship, which means you will receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills as a Nursery Admin.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 2 (GCSE A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths.
- High level IT skills particularly in Excel spreadsheets and Word
