My client has been established for many years and has developed an excellent reputation among its clients as a consultancy that delivers a high quality service. Working across a range of sectors but with a strong focus on high end Residential they work with some of the UK’s blue chip international organisations.

On the back of a very successful year in 2021 they are looking to add to their team in Leeds with a Senior Building Surveyor. The Building Surveyor will be given a unique opportunity to get involved in a number of different areas of the business so would suit someone who enjoys variety. The Building Surveyor will also be given a fantastic opportunity to progress as they look to continue their expansion plans so this role would also suit someone who is looking to further develop their career.

The successful Building Surveyor should come from a Consulting background, should have a degree in Building Surveying with Contract admin, design & spec and Project Management experience. MRICS is preferred although this is not essential as the consultancy would be able to put the Building Surveyor through their APC to become chartered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
