**About We Scale Trades**:
Over the last 3 years, We Scale Trades has positioned itself as leading performance marketing agency for businesses in the home improvement space across the UK. We specialise in lead generation through paid advertising platforms including but not limited to Meta and Google Ads.

With an ever increasing demand for our service, we need to keep up. This means we are now looking to hire a full time direct response video ad editor to join our team and help us continue to provide incredible performance marketing results for our home improvement clients.

This is a role where no two days are the same, with the opportunity to work across multiple different businesses and take full control of the creative aspect of our paid marketing service for clients with full autonomy.

**The Role**:
As a Direct Response Video Editor you’ll need a passion for creating ads that grab attention, keep viewers hooked, and drive results.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our in-house videography team to create throat grabbing ads that generate leads for our clients through the Meta platform (Facebook & Instagram).

You’ll be in a constant feedback loop with our videography team informing them on what’s performing best and what we need to capture more of.

With a focus on producing eye-catching and engaging ad content, your work will play a key role in the success of our clients.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking an individual with a background in producing and editing social media content for Meta platforms.

We’re a close team, so you’ll be someone that likes to have a laugh and don’t take yourself too seriously but dial in when the work needs done and always put the client first.

**Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of past projects (minimum 2 years)
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience working with After Effects.
- Experience in graphic design with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop would be advantageous.
- An understand of techniques and strategies to capture attention.
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver on projects while maintaining great communication with the team.
- Ability to take ownership of work without hand holding (if you need micro-managed, this is not the role for you).
- Data driven - we need you to collaborate with the paid marketing team and have an eye on how well your ad creative performs to create more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

**What Will You Be Paid**

The salary will be £28,000-£34,000+ depending on experience with performance bonuses on top.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
