An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Community Mental Health Nurse, Social worker or Occupational Therapist (Developmental Post) to join our Assessment and Treatment Service in Chichester. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide specialist assessment, treatment and care to a caseload of people with a range of mental health problems from the local community. You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate a commitment to the recovery model.

Our preceptorship programme is designed specifically for you as a newly qualified clinician, to support you in that transition.
Through supervision and assessment you will be supported to practice safely and build your confidence during your first 12 months as a newly qualified clinician.
