**Job Summary**
Nordic Bar is a Scandi themed party bar that doubles as the best place to watch live sport in London. At just a stones throw away from Oxford Street, we're incredibly accessible as we are located under a 5-min walk from both Goodge Street underground station and Tottenham Court Road station too

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a member of the bar team, you are the personality behind the bars and the expert of the drink's menu. You'll inject your positive energy into every moment and provide a speedy service to ensure our renowned venue delivers operational excellence. You’ll work closely with your team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere our guests will love.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws.
- Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices throughout the bar area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
