**About the role**:
The mBanking Assistant role is tasked with owning the end-to-end process of integrating new acquisitions into the group and ensuring all bank accounts are reconciled. In addition, by completing and maintaining the business-as-usual processes they ensure the smooth running of the team.

**Responsibilities**:
Look after on average 8-12 new acquisitions all at varying stages. There is a wide range of surgeries to look after, of different sizes, scale and location (with the UK and Europe).

Working for the Mainland Europe department means you will work with different policies, direct debits and legislations.

The main responsibilities are to reconcile bank accounts, liaise with shareholders to unsure all unknown transactions are identified and correct, and work towards month end deadlines. You will also be require to complete integration of new acquisitions and ensure all legacy bank accounts are closed within the 90 day SLA.

- Studying AAT (or similar)
- Able to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Confident of dealing with a high-volume workload
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills - including intermediate Excel
- A questioning mind, constantly looking for where improvements can be made
- Flexible approach to work
- A strong team ethic
