**About the role and our team**

Join our team at the Isle of Man Prison & Probation Service as Culture & Operations Strategic Head.

You will support the Head of Community Rehabilitation & Family Court Welfare in the delivery of Probation Services on the Isle of Man. You will be a member of the Prison & Probation Service Leadership team and the Probation Service Senior Management Team.

The role will include functional, operational and line management responsibility for Strategy, Transformation, Culture Change, Performance, Innovation, Victim Liaison, CRCA Hostel and Community Service.

You will work in collaboration with the Prison & Probation Service Senior Leadership Team in the design and drafting of a Strategic Plan for the department.

You must have excellent leadership and strategic management skills with detailed specialist knowledge and experience in Prison and Probation.

**Additional information**

Please note an enhanced police check is required for this post, which the Department will cover the cost of for you.
