This growing company is looking for a new Financial Administrator, to work as a dedicated resource for successful IFAs. Hybrid working offers two days per week working from home

**Does this describe you?**
- Recent experience working for an Independent Advice company
- Strong financial administration experience within financial services
- Proven ability to prepare and present analytical reports
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to develop your long-term career, and to use your initiative to support the team

In this role, you will be:
- Liaising with advisors and clients, providing a full range of admin support for the servicing of existing client investments, mortgages and pensions
- Liaising with clients on the telephone, answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Inputting, chasing and tracking any regulatory items both manually and on the database system
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
