The London Heathrow Marriott Hotel is currently recruiting for a **full-time Leisure Club Associate** to start as soon as possible.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival (such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, etc.);
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest and member with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal warning, using their name when possible;
- Carry out regular Health & Safety checks (eg. Pool testing, sauna and steam room checks);
- Process new members sign ups;
- Offer guests amenities such as water or towels;
- Answer questions about general property information and amenities. Check computer for updates and changes to schedule regularly throughout the day;
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, gym, locker room, etc.;
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area;
- Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations;
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.

**Shift Patterns**
- Associates rotate between two different shift patterns, Mon-Sun
- 5:30am to 2:00pm
- 2:00pm to 11:00pm

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
