We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Specialist Maths Teacher to join our team. As a Maths Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive maths lessons tailored to the unique needs of our students. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create individualized learning plans and support strategies that promote academic progress and social-emotional development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative and differentiated maths curriculum for students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other moderate learning needs.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to make maths fun, accessible, and relevant to students' interests and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence, resilience, and a love for learning.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance or intervention.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to assess student progress, set learning goals, and develop individualized support plans.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education and inclusion.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialization in maths education or related field.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or other moderate learning needs.
- Strong understanding of child development, behaviour management strategies, and evidence-based teaching practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.

**Salary**: £125.00-£205.00 per day
