**BPO - Plant Maintenance**

**Slough, Berkshire**

You'll take on a strategic and challenging role designing & deploying optimised Plant Maintenance business processes and technologically driven solutions in SAP systems.

You'll also work alongside the wider Global Process Owners, Super Users, Site Management, Site Users, other BPO’s, SAP Business Analysts & Solution Architects, to enable successful continuous improvements and deployments and provide support to country/factory project teams with functional expertise in maintenance processes, by leading the development, testing, organisational readiness, change management, go live and hypercare to enable a clear and error proof deployment

**The scope includes end to end plant maintenance processes in scope of manufacturing, and covers, but is not limited to the following functional areas;**
- Detailed knowledge and hands on experience in maintenance processes, with specific focus on routine or planned maintenance, non-routine or breakdown maintenance, calibrations, critical equipment, condition monitoring, spare parts management, maintenance tasks lists, maintenance scheduling, storeroom etc.
- Good understanding and experience of maintenance methodologies and tools.
- An understanding of related process which have touchpoints with plant maintenance - eg. production, warehousing, quality, etc
- Experience of working with SAP Plant Maintenance modules (PM) an advantage
- Experience of working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System

**Here's what we're ideally looking for**:

- Knowledge of SAP (User Level) SAP PM, an advantage
- Ideally, experience of working in a Plant Maintenance / Maintenance Managementfunction in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope.
- FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in a Business Process Owner role an advantage, but not essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End to End Maintenance processes, and touchpoint areas like with Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Finance, Quality, Production.
- Ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills
- Project Mgmt experience an advantage, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential
- Knowledge/use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems an advantage
