Kitchen Team Member

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen manager or head chef
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
