Vision for Education is looking to appoint a recruitment consultant to join our Education team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the market leaders in education recruitment.

**About the role**:
Vision for Education is one of the fastest growing Education Recruitment Agencies in the UK. We specialise in Temporary and Permanent jobs for Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Support Staff within Primary, Secondary and SEND schools across the country. Due to rapid national expansion, we are looking to recruit Recruitment Consultant to join our hugely successful Manchester office where you will be supporting Schools with their staffing needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a market leader or a driven, passionate individual who is looking to begin a career in recruitment as part of a company that prioritises customer service and ethical practices in a competitive industry.

**Job Description**:

- Working between the hours of 7.00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Working from home option every Wednesday
- During school summer holidays, hours of work are 9am - 3pm.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Consultant you will:

- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- The ability to grow a their desk from the start.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- An ability to organise their own workload and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and resilient.
- The ability to act on their own initiative.
- Possess a professional and ethical approach to business.
- Be able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.
- Possess a desire to exceed the highest levels of customer service.
- Operate effectively as part of a happy, motivated team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
