**Job Summary**

Our growing business is seeking a motivated person to join our hardworking van conversions team. We are looking for a professional, who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge, to support the current van conversions side of our business. You will be the main customer contact for all van conversion enquiries, working closely with purchasing and quality control.

The role is office based, however due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is essential. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress in a sales and design capacity. You will be required to establish and build strong relationships, generate leads, and close sales enquiries to meet agreed targets. You will be required to use computer programmes to draw up the workshop designs (drag and drop) so you will need to be computer literate (full software training given)

Product and sales training will be given however a knowledge of mobile workshops/ van conversions is desirable.

**Main Duties and responsibilities**
- You will be required to handle incoming sales enquiries whilst looking for new potential customers to grow the existing business.
- Design and produce computer drawings and raise quotes on our Drag and Drop system.
- Quote customers using our OGL system
- Planning and following the workshop build schedule.
- Liaise with our purchasing team to ensure all equipment ordered and build dates are adhered to.
- Work with Quality control to ensure that our standards are met.
- Handling and supporting customers in an after sales role.
- Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly sales reports to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and help improve customer satisfaction.
- Keep the customer relationship management database up to date.
- Work towards van sales targets
- Adhere to Health and safety guidelines and Risk assessments.
- Work as a team with other staff members when required.
- Attend and represent Allswage UK at industry shows and exhibitions.

**Experience and skills**
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Computer skills - Excel, word, office
- Problem solving skills.
- Organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
