**Starting salary £20,550 + £1000 signing on bonus**.**

**The Role**

As our Lawn Operative, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of professional service to customers across your treatment area. You will attend customer lawns to administer the lawn treatment, after which you will notify the customer when their next treatment is due and bring any lawn issues you may have identified to their attention, offering advice on any additional treatments which may be required.

**Do you**:

- Have excellent communication and customer facing skills?
- Have a passion for gardening, landscaping, lawn care?
- Want a job where you can work independently, outside and keep active?
- Have full, clean UK driving licence for manual vehicles
- Have previous experience of professional lawn care, green keeping or sports turf care is an advantage
- Effective written and verbal communication and able to deliver top quality customer service
- Able to work unsupervised, outside and in all weather conditions
- Be comfortable working in a role involving manual handling of and working with equipment
- Reliable and flexible
- High level of attention to detail
- Presentable, friendly and collaborative
- Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
- Must be able to pass criminal records check and have the right to work in the UK

**Job type**: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Full time and Part time positions available.

Our people ordinarily earn £1,500 - £2,500 in overtime - more if you want it. Our top performers have earned around £1,000 in bonus
