We are 7 years old, with restaurants in Winchester and Southampton, and a growing wholesale business

An exciting opportunity to join our **Bakery Team** as a Part Time **Bakery Assistant** has opened and we are seeking someone who is energetic and passionate about their craft.

You will be part of a friendly, hardworking, awesome team based in our bakery near Southampton Central train station.

Working hours can be flexible around your lifestyle, and we’re ideally looking for someone to work 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, for 6 hours per shift.

What we require from you:

- An interest in baking and pastry skills an advantage
- Positive can-do attitude with great communication skills
- Friendly and a Team Player
- Hard-working, organised with attention to detail
- Dedicated to maintaining high Food Safety standards
- Be reliable and flexible with working

A bit about the role:

- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan pies on a large scale - currently we make around 400 pies a day
- Ensure the consistent quality of the pies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals efficiently
- Bring fresh ideas and collaborate on new and exciting pie recipes
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
