**Responsibilities of the HR Administrator Role will include**:

- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process for all group companies
- Implementing and managing an appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
- Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
- Reviewing and updating the company’s policies and procedures, including the company handbook
- Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
- Maintain training records and organising on-going training
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- Reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
- Providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues
- Teaching Managers how to get the best out of their staff
- Identifying ways to improve existing policies and procedures
- Assisting with the processing of monthly payroll for all group companies
- Responsible for Data Protection
- Developing safety policies
- Planning effective training for staff members.
- Investigating workplace incidents.
- Analysing the effectiveness of workplace safety procedures.
- Keeping workplace protocols in alignment with health and safety legislation.
- Hazard identification and control

**You offer**:

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
