**Job description**
Trainee IVA Sales Advisor Role: Must live in Stockport Area
You will be responsible for the full sales process from the initial fact find call with a client through to the submission of the case to an Insolvency Practitioner. You must have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the willing to learn the legislation around insolvency.
You will be required to engage with potential customers and show empathy and understanding of their personal circumstances, confirming their financial history and how they have arrived at their current situation.
Confirm the accuracy of the financial statement provided and thoroughly checking all documentation.
IVA Advisor Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Identifying and discussing appropriate options with clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Positive attitude
- Sales Driven
- Ability to work towards targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
