As a Telecommunications Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage, optimise and administer billing for the group's telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless and reliable communication. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and fault reporting of voice and data networks. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing communication needs, recommending appropriate technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols

This is an initial fixed term contract until December 2026.

More about you

Based on site in Preston 2 days a week (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm), you will work closely with other departments in order to coordinate installations at new sites. In addition, you will be familiar with ITIL frameworks and provide training to junior members of staff when required.
- Worked in a similar role previously,
- Have previously worked with hard telephony suppliers,
- Knowledge of Excel,
- Familiarity with ITIL (or a similar service management framework),
- Kept up to date with telecommunications infrastructure.
