Marketing Associate

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimise performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing materials that reflect brand identity.
- Analyse campaign performance data using Excel, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support B2B marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Provide leadership support in project management, ensuring all team members are aligned with objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, particularly in B2B environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for marketing trends and a willingness to learn new techniques.

Pay: £22,880.00-£40,000.00 per year
