Cooper Nimmo Solicitors seek an Office Administrator/ Receptionist to be based in our offices in Blackpool.
**Responsibilities:
- **
- All aspects of file opening, maintenance, record storage (physical and electronic) and office support facilities.
- File retrieval and closing files.
- Time recording
- Preparing post for dispatch and dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information.
- Recording details of clients and visitors attending the office.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Become familiar with audio typing.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Undertaking administrative duties and to also assist other departments as and when required.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of the firm’s and clients’ documentation and information including opening of new case files, time recording and filing.

- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical practices
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong administrative skills for effective office management
- Conscientious and able to work off of own initiative
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Audiotyping (preferred)
