Telford Copper & Stainless Cylinders is local family-owned business who are going from strength to strength in their operations, we value the family ethos within the business and working together as one. We are going through a period of change and as part of our expansion, we are looking for an IT coordinator who specialises in Business Central 365 and has extensive knowledge of implementing change and training staff to new company standards. This role will suit someone who’s looking to learn and develop skills within a collaborative supportive team.
**Duties will include**:
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
- Understanding our process 's and how we can get the most out of business central 365.
- Ensuring the smooth transaction from our systems already in place to Business Central 365.
- Ensure employees have access to necessary IT resources and support when needed.
- Compliance with relevant regulations and standards. technical assistance for projects requiring IT support.
- Identify and deliver training needs of company systems to employees.
- Liaise with third parties and team.
- Able to meet deadlines and plan effectively.
**The successful IT Coordinator should have**:
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of Business Central 365.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams, combined with the skillset to engage and cooperate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
- One or more of the following - Databases, SQL queries and scripts, Excel.
- Help build, install, and maintain new & existing equipment.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
