- Overseeing the daily route planning of general work to ensure successful completion of the Palletways deliveries and collection, ensuring customer expectations are constantly met.
- Monitoring work booked via the Palletways systems and work closely with your team to ensure vehicles are assigned to general freight and prioritised
- Planning loads and routes that are commercially beneficial
- Act as the first point of escalation, dealing with daily issues from customers, palletways and drivers.
- Managing drivers and monitoring their performance, advising, and reporting to transport manager.
- Reporting accidents, and dealing with insurance companies and other parties to manage claims.
- Other relevant Ad-Hoc duties will be required to suit the business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,000.00 per year
